Experienced client services director joins Armadillo CRM as it aims for further growth
Armadillo CRM, the Bath-based customer relationship marketing agency, has appointed Steve Jefferys as client services director – the first job it has created since its management buy-out in February.
Steve, pictured, worked for 13 years in London agencies, including CHI & Partners, Kitcatt Nohr, Proximity London and TMW, before moving to the South West.
At Armadillo he heads the client service team of 12 across all the agency’s global client base, advising on and implementing CRM strategies.
Armadillo, which works with brands such as McDonald’s, hotels.com and Disney, is looking to double in size following the buy-out.
The firm, which celebrated 25th anniversary last year, plans to strengthen its 30-employee team across the board, including investment in data and digital capabilities, to target growth of 100% over the next five years.

“He’s not only a vastly experienced leader, having worked for some of the best in the business, he’s also creatively instinctive, helping to push the boundaries across all of our work for brands. This is a significant hire for the agency, and the first of several senior appointments we’re planning in the coming months.”
